In 2019 I decided to start my daily meditation practice. The process of going inward illuminated elements of myself I had been previously been avoiding or numbing.
My intuition began to strengthen through following an aligned practice. I began to receive clear & concise information regarding my own personal healing & decisions within my life. I chose to leave my job as an educator & follow the pull of starting my own private practice. I studied with the Soulstrong Institute both Intuitive Mentorship/Clinical Hypnotherapy.
Since, I have helped hundreds of clients on their healing journey's. My specialities include mediumship, hypnotherapy (past life & parts therapy) as well as my classic 1:1 mentoring sessions.
